We only work with precious metals (silver, yellow gold, white gold) and genuine stones (sapphires, emeralds, rubies and diamonds). Before starting manufacturing, our team selects and examines each material to ensure it meets our quality standards. This stage can be shorter for the classic pieces we have in stock, allowing for a shorter overall time.
2. Design and Customization (3-5 days):
For special or custom orders, our designers create exclusive models, including sketches and 3D models. This stage can also be shortened if the model is already designed or if it concerns classic pieces, allowing for faster production.
3. Handcrafted Manufacturing and Assembly (7-10 days):
Once the design is approved, our artisans begin working to handcraft each piece of jewelry. This process includes:
- *Metal casting*: The metal is melted and molded according to the desired design.
- *Polishing and finishing*: Several stages of polishing are carried out to obtain a perfect, shiny finish.
- *Stone Setting*: Our artisans set each stone precisely, ensuring exceptional durability and beauty.
For simpler pieces or those without gemstones, this stage may take less time, so the jewelry could be ready in a few days instead of weeks.
4. Rigorous Quality Review (3-4 days):
Each jewel undergoes a thorough check before being shipped. We check the firmness of the stones, the quality of the polish and the final shine. However, for certain designs, the check can be simpler, reducing the total waiting time.
5. Preparation and Shipping (3-7 days):
Finally, once the jewel is ready, it is carefully packed to ensure optimal protection during shipping. If the delivery address is in Spain or in countries close to our workshops, the shipping time could be shorter.
